Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Perach Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Perach provides a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant specifically designed for manufacturing documents, drawings, and invoice processing. Services include automated indexing, technical intelligence retrieval, equipment configuration matching, and procurement data extraction.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Perach platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Configuring and maintaining the security of your account and enterprise credentials.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to upload, index, and process the technical documents you submit.
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and export control requirements.
• Keeping your contact and billing information current and accurate.

5. Intellectual Property

Perach does not claim ownership of your technical data or documents. Your content remains your intellectual property. Our service strictly facilitates retrieval, structuring, and analysis of this data on your behalf.

The Perach platform, software, and underlying AI models are proprietary to Perach Intelligence Lab. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest accuracy in technical retrieval, Perach provides automated insights as a decision-support tool. Users should verify critical engineering decisions against original technical drawings and official documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Perach reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be purged within 30 days per our data retention policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
