We access your document repositories specifically to provide the RAG services you explicitly request, such as indexing technical specifications or processing industrial quotes from your specified storage folders.

• Account Information: Enterprise credentials and authentication metadata used to identify and secure your workspace.
• Document Data: Content from technical drawings, SOPs, and manuals that you choose to index into the platform.
• Usage Data: System interactions and query patterns used to improve retrieval accuracy and platform performance.
• Device & Connection Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security monitoring and access logs.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Perach platform. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal or technical data to outside parties without your explicit consent.

• Service Delivery: Indexing and retrieving your technical documents on request.

Your technical documents are stored in AES-256 encrypted vector databases with isolated tenanted architecture. Transport is protected via TLS 1.3. You may request full data revocation at any time by contacting [email protected].
